SEATTLE, May 2022 – SVH Partners LLC, an affiliate of Meriwether Partners, recently broke ground on the $63 million Skagit Reginal Health outpatient surgery center. The 60,000 square foot project includes state-of-the-art outpatient surgery facilities and related clinical spaces to expand the capacity of service for Skagit Regional Health in the Mount Vernon area. The building will also house Audiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Interventional Pain Medicine and Spine Surgery. The project includes 161 surface parking stalls to serve the facility. 

“We will have an abundance of technology in place that will protect our patients and allow the staff to focus on patient care,” said Mathew Ornelas, MBA Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator. “We are very excited about how the Mount Vernon Surgery Center will expand our organization’s surgical capability, allowing surgical services to continue growing and providing care to patients of this region”.

Project completion is anticipated in 3Q 2023.
