SEATTLE, May 2023 – Meriwether announced the acquisition of The Fredonia. The building is located in vibrant commercial node of Capitol Hill and consists of a ground floor restaurant and two floors of apartments. Upon purchase, Meriwether plans to execute the comprehensive renovation of the 12 apartments prior to re-leasing the building.
