Meriwether signs JV for Development of new Surgery Center in Mount Vernon, WA
SEATTLE, December 2020 – Meriwether signs joint venture agreement to develop a new 60,000 square foot, build-to-suit medical office and surgery center for Skagit Regional Health. The project will include state-of-the-art outpatient surgery facilities and related clinical spaces to expand the capacity of service for Skagit Regional Health in the Mount Vernon area.
