In early 2021, Meriwether formed a joint venture to develop a new build-to-suite medical office and ambulatory surgery center for Skagit Regional Health . The 60,000 square foot, 3-story project is located adjacent to the existing Skagit Regional Health hospital campus in Mt. Vernon, WA. The project includes operating rooms, endoscopy suites, x-ray facilities and clinical space to expand the overall capacity and level of service for Skagit Regional Health. Construction commenced in mid-2022 and the facility opened for patients in December 2023.
