Meriwether Partners

Meriwether acquired The Fredonia in May 2023. The building is located in vibrant commercial node of Capitol Hill and consists of a ground floor restaurant and two floors of apartments. Upon purchase, Meriwether immediately began a comprehensive renovation of the 12 apartments. The renovation was completed and the apartments leased prior to the end of 2023.
